Regional Business Manager

Hi, I’m Mediha and I’m the Regional Business Manager for Enfield and Southgate, with over 14 years of experience in the early years sector.

My journey began when I started volunteering at a local nursery in my area, an experience that gave me purpose and sparked my passion for early years education. Since then, I’ve held a variety of roles including practitioner, room leader, deputy manager and manager, previously leading the Enfield branch before stepping into my current role.

As a mum to a wonderful little boy, I understand how important it is to create nurturing, engaging environments where children can thrive. I'm passionate about supporting teams to deliver the highest standards of care and learning for every child.
