My name is Candice, and I am an experienced Nursery Manager and SENCO with a genuine passion for helping children thrive. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, included, and valued, regardless of their individual needs or abilities.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating nurturing, inclusive environments where children, families, and staff feel supported. I have a particular passion for SEND and enjoy working closely with families and professionals to ensure every child has the best possible start in life. Seeing children grow in confidence and achieve their full potential is the most rewarding part of my role.
