What an adventure our little Inventors had earlier this week! We went on our first big trip to central London to the Natural History Museum!
First we caught the Overground train and then the underground! We were so excited to be on there and watching what was happening through the windows. We sang some songs and told stories to one another and had a great time!
Then we got to the Museum and we saw so many exciting things. We saw planets and Volcanoes! We saw and learnt how volcanoes erupt! Then we saw fossilised birds and animals, dinosaur bones and creepy crawlies!
As we came to the main entrance we saw a huge blue whale skeleton hanging from the walls! We were amazed to see how big a whale actually was! We saw some more animal skeletons too!
Lastly and all to excitedly we saw Andy’s clock! We were very happy we had the chance to see Andy’s clock and very much wanted to go back to the time of the dinosaurs but we knew we wouldn’t have enough time to get back to nursery!
We had such a great time with all our teachers, friends and parents! We can’t wait for our next super adventure!!!
