Regional Business Manager

My name is Mediha and I am the Regional Business Manager for both Enfield and Southgate branches, having previously been the nursery manager at Enfield. I have been working in childcare for more than 12 years and couldn't imagine myself in any other career path. I love working in Early Years and find this job rewarding in many ways.

I am very passionate about giving children early quality experiences and believe that, in Early Years, we hold a big responsibility in ensuring children have a strong foundation. My team and I are very dedicated to delivering quality experiences and learning for children during their journey with us at Monkey Puzzle. I take pride in our nurseries and the way we deliver practice. It is very important that each and every child is given the right support to flourish and reach their potential whilst they are with us and that they are given the tools needed for when they spread their wings and continue their journey in life.
